• Manage overall product and process quality for WD packaged memory products
• Drive critical quality excursion closure with risk mitigation plan, root cause investigation and corrective action closure deployment.
• Manage critical changes for products.
• Review and control product phase transition from development to manufacture.
• Drive continuous product quality improvement in manufacturing.

• Bachelor or master degree in electronics, telecommunication or computer science with min 4+ years working experience.
• Familiar with NAND memory product, including production process and product technology
• Experienced in product quality management or factory quality control
• Understand risk assessment method and decision making process
• Good communicate skills to drive critical improvement actions
• Good teamwork spirit for coordinating complicated cross-functional project
• Quick learning ability
• Fluent English speaking, reading and writing skill
