Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop the Best-In-Class process for Factory Automation and New Process with Lean Manufacturing concept to meet the business objectives.
  • Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring the assigned engineering projects. This includes coordinating with various teams, managing schedules and cost, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and providing technical guidance to team members.
  • Lead/coordinate/collaborate process changes with global teams e.g., Japan, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, US, and China.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to reduce non-value added in the current process.
  • Provide technical project proposal.
  • Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring the assigned engineering projects from project initiation until passed all requirements.
  • Interacting with stakeholders to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field.
  • Monitoring project to ensure compliance to applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards and specifications.
  • Communicate with suppliers, team members and other stakeholders from various teams across various operations and geographical locations.
  • Provide supports and develop solutions on new process-related issue.
  • Able to travel if necessary.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor or Master of Engineering or Science Degree
  • At least 6 years of experience in Process/Manufacturing Engineering or other related position in manufacturing

PREFERRED:

  • Experience with process improvements/development and equipment development.
  • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing or Lead Kaizen projects would be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Lean Automation and Six Sigma concepts would be an advantage.

SKILLS:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent presentation skills in both Thai and English.
  • Organize and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving; able to identify problems, analyze the causes of the problems, and develop solutions quickly and effectively.
