Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs technical support activities related to Kaizen, QCC with Department related.
  • Coordinates with Technology Promotion Association (Thailand-Japan) to Kaizen, QCC Thailand Contest.
  • Lead Continuous Improvement and plan Continuous Improvement Thailand Contest Program.
  • Kaizen and QCC Activity summary
  • Training/Coaching employees on Kaizen and QCC Activity

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Science or any related field.
  • At least 3 years in Manufacturing Continuous Improvement, or other related positions in Electronics industry.

PREFERRED:

  • Knowledge of Continuous improvement in Factory industry is preferred
  • Able to work in dynamic and ever-evolving environments
  • Experience in the Thailand Kaizen Contest , QCC Thailand Quality Prize Contest will be an advantage, QC 7 Tool ,QC Story, Kaizen-ECRS Knowledge.
  • To create supporting material/media (e.g. audio, video, simulations, role-plays, games)

SKILLS:

 

  • Coordination skills
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Power point, Excel, and Word.
  • Good in English communications (Speaking/Writing)
  • Able to manage and collaborate with Technology Promotion Association(Thailand-Japan).
  • Technical mindset with great attention to detail and an ever-positive, can-do attitude.
