ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To supervise and provide guidance/advice to AS Lab operators.
• To perform analytical tests using proper procedures/methods with accurate data analysis on piece parts, indirect materials, and samples from the process such as cleaning system as trained by senior technician or AS Lab engineers.
• To provide lab raw data to AS Lab engineers for analysis or interpretation.
• To alert AS lead technicians or AS Lab engineers immediately in case of lab equipment/instruments are out of order or not working properly.
• To perform tasks assigned by AS Lab engineers, or manager.
• To support all 6S, IMS, Environmental Occupational Health and Safety policy.
• To support and follow WDTH HR rules and regulations

REQUIRED:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Science or related fields.
• 0-2 years of working in analytical chemistry lab or other related jobs.

PREFERRED:

• Experiences in hard disk drive or electronics industry.
• Contamination analysis or HDD failure analysis background is more advantageous.
• Fundamental Lab equipment & Technical skills for Lab Equipments
• Self-motivated with the ability to effectively multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment

SKILLS:

• Analytical instruments (SEM/EDX, FT-IR, RAMAN, etc.)
• Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Fair in Reading, Writing and listening to English
• Good coordination and working teamwork skills
• Negotiation skills
• Communication skills
• Flexible and adaptable
