• Transform manual planning, scheduling processes and day-to-day tasks to automation process
• Conduct automation request processing - stakeholders management, process analysis and solution proposal
• Collaborate with process experts to ensure completeness of information pertaining to automation projects and perform project delivery based on the agreed upon timetable
• Develops and implements the company's production control functions including any of the following activities, master scheduling, production planning/coordination and dispatching. In addition, material requirements, planning systems, work-in-process tracking, material and labor variance controls, and manufacturing performance reporting
• Responsible in solution architecture, implementation, testing, change management and hyper care of new automation process in production planning
• Maintains reports to reflect scheduling, methods, support performance and process procedures.
• Provide training and technical support to production planning team in system or process related issues
• To manage and plan additional or ad-hoc demand accordingly
• Any other tasks that assigned by superior from time to time

• Bachelor Degree in IT/ Supply Chain Management/ Management / Science/ Industrial Engineer/Mathematics/ Others
• 5 or more years of related experience in Master Scheduling or Production Planning, Ad-Hoc analysis related to supply planning activities to identify root cause of shortage to forecast and/or orders; CM (Contract Manufacturer) management experience and project management experience would be an added advantage
• ERP knowledge. SAP & Oracle experience is preference
• Knowledge of applications such as MS Excel, MS Access, MS Visio & SQL
• Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and relational skills, with the ability to quickly develop relationships of trust and confidence with a variety of people and personalities, at all levels within an organization
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently with the ability to effectively multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment
• Ability to make clear, logical decisions based on facts, taking into consideration the big picture, long and short term effects, and exercising sound judgment when handling complaints, confidential and sensitive issues
• Very strong data analytics (highly experienced in extracting, manipulating and reporting data from multiple sources), presentation, and communication skills
