Job Description


  • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications and meeting with managers to discuss the hiring expectations.
  • Support the pre-employment process in terms of
    • Job posting on job boards
    • Resume screening for open positions
    • Conduct initial phone screens to assess applicants' knowledge, skills, experience and internship timeframe.
    • Making recommendations to hiring managers
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews
    • Assessment test
  • Engage, build and maintain a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up.
  • Assist with scheduling career fairs and/or other recruiting-related events as needed.
  • Participate in planning for Career Fairs & Career/Technical Talks
  • Handle administrative tasks related to hiring.


  • Pursuing a Degree in Human Resource / Business Administraions
  • Possess and exhibit a strong and genuine interest in working with people and the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Good communication in English
