ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform drive / drive component failure analytical tests using proper procedures/methods with accurate data analysis as trained by DAS Lab engineer.   
• Support engineer to maintain equipment performance in order to minimize equipment down time
• Keep our laboratory in clean and neat to ensure reliability data delivery
• Support and follow WDTH HR rules and regulations
• Support and follow Legal requirement (EMS, OHSMS), Regulatory Requirements (Example: RBA, QMS, IMS).
• Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIRED:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Science, Electronics, Computer, or related fields.
• 0-2 years of working in analytical chemistry lab or other related jobs.

PREFERRED:

• Experiences in hard disk drive or electronics industry.
• Contamination analysis or HDD failure analysis background is more advantageous.
• Able to develop relationships of trust and confidence with team and work as good team work
• Fundamental Lab equipment & Technical skill for Lab equipment
• Self-motivated with the ability to effectively multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment

SKILLS:

• Analytical instruments (SEM/EDX, AFM, FT-IR etc.)
• Fair in Microsoft Office tools such as Powerpoint, Excel, and Word
• Fair in Reading, Writing and listening to English
• Good interpersonal skills
• Communication skills & Coordination skills
