Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

In this position, the individual will be responsible for fully supporting the quality department goals, strategy and tactics. Responsible for design, develop and implement supplier quality system, deliver product quality standards to meet WDC or customer’s requirements on quality. Coordinate WDC specification and monitor incoming material, finish goods storage activities. Prefer Knowledgeable in Semiconductor product quality and familiarize on business process start from incoming direct and indirect material, wafer, KGD, FOP, BOP, TOP, OQRM, COP and warehouse management.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and specify the implementation of standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision, accuracy, and reliability of company products.
  • Review incoming material quality performance and drive for systematic solutions, deploy guidelines to ensure acceptable incoming quality level.
  • Coordinate quality improvement activities to ensure that materials are built according to WDC design and/or customer requirements.
  • Chair and coordinate incoming material MRB for disposition of nonconforming material.   
  • Chair and coordinate incoming wafer MRB late notice, handling split lot disposition and calculate downgrade cost of quality.
  • Implementation ship to stock system to reduce IQC inspection cycle time and improve receiving storage capacity.
  • Work with warehouse personal to maintain incoming material and finish goods storage according to WDC/or customer requirements with proper traceability.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain material quality assurance and control systems and activities.
  • Any other duties assigned from time base on schedule and unscheduled activities.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

Education/Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree or above in related field e.g., Engineering, electrical, material science, chemistry, physics or equivalent to it.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience in semiconductor assembly or raw materials manufacturing with hands-on experience in process and quality.

Requirement Skills:

  • Quality Control Audit – Conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality and performance.
  • Problem Solving – Leading complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
  • Analytical Thinking – Analyzing information statistically and using logic to address work-related issues and problems.
  • Certification - Certified or trained on industrial standards for substrate (IPC/ASME/MIL/JEDEC) and quality methodology (ISO9001/IATF16949/APQP/FMEA/VDA6.0/MSA/SPC/DOE)
  • Behavior – Self-motivated with ability to effectively multi-task and work independently.
  • Preferable candidate whom can speak Mandarin as he/she will be the focal point to engage with Shanghai Team
