Job Description

  • Leading and develop data analytic team to support company 4IR transformation
  • Promote 4IR transformation within organization
  • Define 4IR adoption roadmap and deploy across different functional team
  • Discuss with business owner to identify the critical data and understand MFG process;
  • Setup and maintain a good data infrastructure;  
  • Develop Descriptive/Diagnostic/Prediction/Cognitive model to improve factory KPI; 

Qualifications

  • Master/Bachelor degree in engineering/statistic
  • Very Good at JMP/R/SAS/Python; 
  • Very good at SQL programming; 
  • Semiconductor problem solving experience is a plus; 
  • Good English skill, both written and oral;
  • Good team work spirit.
  • Hands on machine learning development and deployment experience is a plus;
