• Manufacturing Engineering Process Engineer for Solid State Drive (SSD) Backend Assembly Operation, covering the Product customization build from Labeling, inspection and Packing Process in the production line.
• Define the Product Labeling Process at both Manual and Automation line for SSD Products, with error proof systems interlock. 
• Maintaining the Master Data Attribute for the Labeling and Packaging Material. 
• Create/Generate the Automation Machine recipes/program for Label Placement, Auto Inspection of Final Product (including the information printed on the Product label) and Packing process. 
• Design, validate, and analyze for Product quality which includes the Product cosmetic check as well as the Product label quality (Printing Smear/Alignment, placement alignment and etc.) and continuous improvement on the Backend Assembly processes to maximize the UPH/output. 
• Provide engineering support to project teams to resolve production and quality issues (backend Process).
• Collaborate and communicate with internal customers directly on Labeling related issue including both Manual process as well as Automated process.   
• Drive for process cpk improvement to meet cpk goal of >1.67 and stretch goal of >2.0.
• Drive for Process Yield FPY improvement to meet >99.7%.
• Define process critical parameter CTQ with trigger limit being define, with trigger alarm being turn on. Define process troubleshooting procedure for manufacturing and OCAP.
• Drive for process automation and data automated reporting for real time process improvement.
• Leading the Final Inspection Machine calibration and MSA with supplier.
• Line e-FAI Conversion buy off for all Labeling process - both Manual and Automated Machine.
• Design & Review automation software solutions for SSD Automated Labeling Process (customize machine) 
• Perform automation software coding standardization / upgrade by to enable SECS/GEM and Database integration alias closely with MES team.
• Enable automation performance enhancement along with automation engineering team (machine development team).
• Enable machine performance data availability and automation system integration through collaboration with IT team.
• Enable APC initiative, Machine learning and Artificial Intelligent programming to enable Light-off Automation manufacturing environment.
• Receipt Management Systems for each machine. 
• Inspection Program/Reciept optimization 

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering/Computer Science, or related field(s)
• 5+ years’ industrial experience in fast paced manufacturing environment
• Proven track record of success in process improvement and development
• Experience maintaining effective technical relationships with suppliers, vendors, customers (internal and external)
• Willingness to execute on multiple tasks in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Ability to work within project teams and with customers with dedication and technical excellence
