Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leading and manage for a request from APAC HR and Payroll teams.
  • Support and manage any issue from APAC HR and Payroll systems.
  • Gathering requirements from APAC HR and Payroll teams.
  • Develop the FRD and work with the team to design and propose a solution for users.
  • Coordinate and work with a developer for a request detail and system testing before releasing a system to user to UAT.
  • Coordinate with the user and concerned person to perform system testing and buy-off.
  • Coordinate with all concerns to prepare and roll out system to PRD.
  • Provide support for an issue (if any) on a system, also follow up and fixed.
  • Join the team for APAC projects if required by action as BA, Tester, Coordinator, or Project manager.
  • Provide a project update status.
  • Provide a Weekly Report to supervisor and sharing for any idea to the team for a better result.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 5 years in Web Application development and support or related area.
  • Familiar with .Net developing tools e.g. Visual Studio, Java, C++ and etc

PREFERRED:

  • Knowledge or Experience in HR and Payroll Process
  • Tools Knowledge: VB.Net, Web API, Java, C++, Power App, Office 365, MS Team, Connect, One Drive
  • Database Knowledge: MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL DB, MS Access.
  • OS Knowledge: Windows, Linux
  • Self Service solution
