The role involves evaluating, designing, executing, measurement, monitoring and controlling business processes. Candidate ensures that the outcomes derivable from a business process are in line with the strategic goal of SDSM.

• Work collaboratively across all departments of SDSM to help improve the management of a business process.
• Focus on the entire process from beginning to end, introducing innovation into the process that can impact results, enhance profitability and assist SDSM to meet its business objectives and goals.
• Serve as change agent who identifies SDSM improvements needs, design enhancement to implement changes through change management process.
• Promote a new process innovation to achieve the cultural shift required to help SDSM embrace an innovation typically takes an individual with plenty of resolve.
• Perform ongoing analyses on business processes related to productivity, quality, costs, and time management.
• Support various development initiatives, assisting in testing activities and in development of test scenarios.
• Able to discern between a business process and a series of steps captured on a flow chart.
• Have built-in tenacity quality. Consistently pursuing continued process innovation may require with exceptional determination, self-motivation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to present progress reports and integrating feedback.
• Revise and update procedures and policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, Electronics Engineering or in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in PCBA manufacturing, or semiconductor manufacturing, or business process management knowledge will be an added advantage. Fresh Grads applicants are welcome
• Adequate knowledge on SAP (Systems, Applications, Products in data processing), SCS (supply chain systems), & IMS (Integrated Management System).
• Skills in the area of problem-solving, lean culture/VSM, FMEA & DMAIC is key.
• Possesses strong interpersonal skills to command large groups and advanced oral & written communication & project management acumen.
• Advanced analytical skills and quick response to new issues.
• Good bookkeeping and documentation skills.
