Job Description

Are you a highly motivated, detail-oriented, independent, articulate, both serious and easy going student?

Are you interested in working and gaining experience in a fast pace, top tier fortune 500 global company? If so, it’s time to join our great legal team in Kfar Saba. 

As a student, working within our team will allow you to acquire the experience you need to land the job of your dreams!

What you will be working on:

  • Familiarizing yourself with and reviewing various company contracts, extract contract related information for databases and ensure databases reflect accurate contract data.
  • Familiarizing yourself with the company legal databases and train internal clients on legal databases.
  • Draft and negotiate NDAs.
  • Receiving internal management approvals for contracts.
  • Arranging for the signatures of various company documents.
  • Conducting legal research for the legal team members.
  • Liaising with various stakeholders within the company and outside of the company.
  • Independently managing long term department improvement projects.
  • Assisting in constantly improving legal department processes.

Qualifications

  • Studying for your LL.B and have at least 2 years remaining to complete your studies.
  •  At least an 88 grade point average and have passed the Contract Law course successfully.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint and a proven ability to achieve results in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated, self-directed as well as a team player individual. You must be able to work effectively cross-functionally, coordinate priorities and initiatives, troubleshoot and analyze complex problems and manage projects to meet deadlines. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Excellent verbal, written and reading English skills are a must.
