Job Description

Perform tasks relating to ServiceNow Development and Support.
Collaborate with business users, Business Analyst and/or Project Managers to understand and interprete business requirements.
Coordinate with System Architects to build solution design. 
Write technical design documents
Conduct functional test and support user testing 
Perform other related tasks as necessary
Reports task progress status regularly

Qualifications

Must have at least 3 years experience in ServiceNow Development.
Strong background in HTML, Javascript, APIs.
Development experience on Service Portal, Now Mobile, CMDB, HR Scope App, Knowledge Base, workflows, and more.
Have a knowledge in DevOps or Agile methodologies.
Have a basic undestanding of ITSM, IT Incident and Change Management.
