Job Description

  • Gathering requirement from local HR and Payroll or REO team.
  • Design and propose a solution for what user needed.
  • Develop FRD for a new or change request.
  • Develop application per FRD/BRD document.
  • Coordinate with the user and concern person to perform a system testing and buy off.
  • Coordinate with all concern to prepare and rollout system to PRD.
  • Provide support for an issue (if any) on a system, also follow up to fix and closed issue.
  • Align to WD IT Change Management procedure.
  • Join a team for APAC projects if require more resource by action as BA or Tester or coordinator or Project manager and provide a project update status.
  • Provide a project update status. and input/sharing to the team if any comment for assigned project.
  • Provide a Weekly Report to supervisor.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineer, Software Engineer, or related field.
  • Experience 1 - 3 years in Web Application and/or Cloud Application development and support.

PREFERRED:

  • Familiar with SQL, Oracle, MySQL DB, MS Access, .Net developing tools e.g. Visual Studio, Java, C++and, etc.  Could developing skill is preferable.

  • Able to communicate in English with Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Coordination skills.
  • Dependence and independence work.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Service-minded.
