Jobs Responsibilities:

• Champion problem solving and root cause analysis activities with suppliers to eliminate recurrence of non‐conformances
• Works with cross functional team in resolving issues and disposition of material and product
• Review supplier manufacturing processes, collaborate with suppliers on process improvement and value enhancement opportunities
• Drive Supplier's Quality Improvement Project to enhance the detection gate at the supplier's side
• Conduct supplier audits to drive process standardization and continuous improvement
• Communicate effectively with all Internal & External Stakeholders
• Manage material/supplier qualification through ECN
• Manage supplier process change through SPCN
• Manage supplier quality performance through SPR
• Organize and own internal and external Review Meetings
• Provide guidance and drive supplier quality system improvement by applying Supplier Quality Management System requirements

Jobs Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Quality, Material, Science, or equivalent).
• Minimum 2-3 years of related experience preferably with exposure in manufacturing and quality

PREFERRED:

• With background on Process/QA/SQE Engineering 
• Knowledge on statistical tools
• Data analytics skill

SKILLS:

• Strong problem solving and root cause analysis skills
• 8D methodology knowledge and experience is highly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in SPC and FMEA
