Job Description

This is a full onsite role, requires performing work in office & engineering labs. 

The MPS Product Engineer will support global NAND & SSD Product Development teams, working on test execution throughout PLC phases of testing on SSD products from various business segments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with Product and Test Development engineers on Test Program/Code checkouts, Eng/Bench validations, DoE (Design of Experiment) executions and Data collection & reporting
  • Follow thru on NPI build executions, working with Operations NPI team on system readiness for volume build run, assist engineers on Yield Improvement & TT Reduction activities   
  • Perform Electrical Failure Analysis studies on NPI/engineering samples using ATE and Bench tools 
  • Performing Test equipment/HW setup, buyoff & maintenance
  • Troubleshoot & perform RCA of test equipments/system/hardware/PC issues
  • Managing lab infrastructure, including system and device inventory, 6S.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Electronics/Electronic, Engineering Technology or equivalent
  • Desire to work in a hands-on environment
  • Ability to work efficiently in a group, as an individual and in a team environment
  • Fluent in MS Excel and Word
