RESPONSIBILITIES : 

Regular

• Assist doctor during medical treatment and consultation i.e. taking of vital signs (measuring temperature and blood pressure)
• Dispense clinic medicines and instruct usage as prescribed by the doctor.
• Provide wound cleaning and wrapping to the injured employee.
• Organize individual medical records, file and maintain patient’s medical data gathered during consultations and treatments, ensure compliance with confidentiality and data privacy, ensure that all records are up to date.
• Arrange the required health checkup, including but not limited to annual health checkup and medical surveillance.
• Manage and maintain company first aid kits
• Make a monthly inventory of medicine and supplies together with the doctor, and order medicine based on the doctor's needs
• Submit a summary report with full details of any and all medical issues presenting to the onsite clinic
• Keep clinic rooms organized, clean and orderly

Irregular

• Assist in health education to employees
• Assist in development and implementation of medical programs
• Coordinate IMS, EICC and all other potential audits for clinic
• Keep updated on regulations and legislation
• Perform other duties that may be assigned

REQUIREMENTS :

QUALIFICATIONS :

Educational Required :     

• Major in nursing, college graduate is preferred

Skill :                                

• Excellent nursing assessment skills, including but not limited to obtaining vital signs, documentation, administering first aid treatment for minor and major injuries, and ability to manage an emergency case.
• Good communication skills and team work
• Good command of English and computer skills

Experiences Required :

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in nursing

Other Requirement :         

• Valid Practicing License is a must

• Major in nursing, college graduate is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in nursing
• Effective and qualified nursing certificates/licenses
