Job Description

Job Description:
• In this position, the individual will be responsible for inspiring and leading a team of 15+ technically strong ASIC implementation engineers from RTL to GDSII delivery, constraint development and timing sign-off.
Required Experience:
• This position requires the individual to manage teams working with internal customers and stake holders across multiple geographies on different ASIC design hand-off models, support silicon bring-up and ramp to mass production.
• The desired leader must be able to guide the team and make trade-offs in implementation flows for managing schedule vs. PPA.
• In additional to the desirable traits of a leader, a prospective leader with the vision to “solve” the problem and not just “manage” is must. Expectation is to resolve conflicts rather than avoiding them.
Responsibilities:
• Responsibilities will include interfacing with Design, Verification and Test teams with varying sense of urgencies and unique product requirements
Soft Skills:
• Good written and verbal communication in English
• Strong desire to learn new technologies
• Ability to work independently, as necessary

Qualifications

BS or equivalent in EE or similar, with ~20 years of experience
