• Generate effective test plans with optimal sample sizes and coordinate their execution with supporting teams
• Execute pre-defined magnetic testing as documented in the design of experiments
• Apply statistical methods and device-level knowledge to provide performance analysis based on experimental results
• Provide timely analysis and summary of reports using the standard templates, tools and analysis methodology with statistical validation of results underpinning key conclusions
• Own test time reduction and test issue resolution to drive testing quality and efficiency
• Critically assess the integrity of all evaluation test data and qualify for use. Ensure all data sets used for analysis are verified for data integrity per checklist of guidelines
• Complies all times with the Environment, Health and Safety, Manufacturing Quality Standards, and Rules and Regulations of the Site.
• Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIRED:

• BS ECE / BS Physics / BS CoE / BS EE
• Knowledge of Test environment or instrumentation, control, and Comprehensive Data Analysis. 
• Knowledge in programming for instrument control (LabVIEW, C++, Python)

 SKILLS:

• Basic understanding of magnetic devices.
• Working knowledge of engineering statistics (GRR, SPC, Correlation, etc)
• Data Analysis tools – JMP, Minitab, Excel, R
• Can understand designs of experiments and develop appropriate test and characterization plans.
• Demonstrated ability to use statistical methods to generate high-quality test and characterization reports based on test data.
