Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understand product cost element and perform product cost roll up activities weekly and R8Q
  • Organize and Load cost input (volume, KPI, BOM cost, Spending, etc.) into cost roll up system 
  • Map KPI input / BOM cost to product level 
  • Work with engineering to understand product configuration 
  • Publish volume / KPI reports to teams
  • Publish reports cost roll up system to teams
  • Analyze cost input compared to prior period
  • Analyze product cost on quarter to quarter improvement and forecast to forecast comparison
  • Perform tasks as been assigned

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Finance, data analytics, or related field 

PREFERRED:

  • Advanced Excel/database management is preferred
  • SAS module experience is a plus
  • HDD/Electronics industry background is a plus 

SKILLS:

  • Good command of English communication both writing and speaking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Powerpoint
  • Good written and oral communication, interpersonal and relational skills
  • Ability to handle/manage multiple sets of big data 
  • Excellent analytical skill
  • Self-motivated with the ability to effectively multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment
