ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage, coordinate and collaborate with  factory functional teams and relevant teams (US /Asia/Suppliers) for new product  bring up
• Manage, coordinate and collaborate with factory functional teams and relevant teams (US /Asia/Suppliers)  to prepare, supporting development builds 
• Manages cross-functional teams to facilitate the resolution of product issues in order to ensure objectives and deliverables are achieved.
• Generates creative ideas and/or solutions to improve operations with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Inventory management Control
• Budget Control
• Supervise technicians to accomplish the job in the most effective way.
• Perform related work as assigned 

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of recent experience working as Engineer in Electronics industry or related business

PREFERRED:

• Knowledge of New Product Management, Hard Drive Process & Technology, Hard Drive Quality Management, and Hard Drive Supply Chain
