ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Molding tech for line coverage.

·       Machine conversion, troubleshooting, repair equipment and sustaining.

·       Also responsible for preventive maintenance.

·       Perform hand operation involve in producing tool and mold die. Use hand tool of the trade.

·       Fix and assemble, tool and mold die. Set up, run off and buy off the mold die to produce a product specification.

·       Housekeeping maintenance tools and storage of equipment.

·       Ensure that the communication within departments and shifts are well communicated.

·       Solves equipment problems which require technical knowledge.

·       Performing required inspection before, during after service or set up.

·       Carried out PM record and ensure preventive maintenance carried out on schedule.

·       Support production to achieve KPI goals on Molding machine down time; utilization & to improve machine MTBA & OEE

·       Other assignments as requested

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

·       Candidate must process at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in any field

·       More than 2 years of working experience in Molding Machine model YPS 2060, PMC 1040, PMC 2030 & etc.

·       Experience the related field in manufacturing or equipment servicing line or Fix and assemble, tool and mold die.

·       Able to work as team, good self-discipline, enjoy in troubleshooting and able to work on shift

·       Able to work independently and highly committed

·       Computer literate, especially Microsoft Office.

PREFERRED:

·       Familiarity in computer system & computer network

·       Familiarity in MS Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook

·       Able to work independently

·       Have a good interpersonal skill

·       Multitasking

·       Fresh graduate
