Regular:

1.    Work closely with Equipment Engineer on machine installation planning and scheduling

2.    Perform machine installation and qualification as per schedule and report its progress

3.    Conduct toolbox briefing for vendors and escort vendors coming in and out of production floor

4.    Ensure proper housekeeping at installation site is always maintained

5.    Always follow cleanroom protocol to avoid cross contaminations

6.    Perform Site Acceptance Test on new equipment for machine buyoff

7.    To generate and conduct training to the manufacturing operators

8.    Perform machine hardware installation, machine qualification and troubleshooting

9.    Ensure installation site is following Safety and Health compliance

10.  Liaise with facility team for machine utilities requirement and hook up

11.  Work with Process and Equipment Engineers on improvement project and cost saving project

12.  Liaise with vendors to ensure activities completion within targeted timeframe

13.  Check spare parts availability to ensure always adequate for machine sustaining

14.  Provide guidance to fellow technicians for all machine related issues.
