• Architect, design and data modelling for ODS and Data ware house solution
• Responsible to support IT activities in the MFG operations and will be stationed in Malaysia
• Responsible for the system requirements gathering, analyst, design, implementation and support of the company's business application system
• Manage a team of highly competent analyst in support and implementation of CAMSTAR Reporting Application on Workbenches and Dashboard
• Allocate and manage manpower for development and support.
• Support the information requirements of the company’s manufacturing and engineering functions and its related activities through the use of application software.
• Identify opportunities for process re-engineering and provide the IT solutions to improve on productivity and quality.
• To support other IT staff in system integration and implementation and other IT related matters.
• Assist in In-House Application support as well as Camstar related matter.
• Provide end-user training in the use of application systems when necessary.
• Lead the data and reporting team
  • Cross functional liaison with site MfgIT Team (MES, Automation, APC, etc) and manufacturing.
  • Mentoring existing team members.
  • Managing operating and project financials.
• The data and reporting team is responsible for the following:
  • Requirements intake, analysis, and prioritization.
  • Data delivery and dashboard development for executive level dashboards using supported commercial tools like Talend, Tibco Data Virtualization, and Tibco Spotfire.
  • Maintaining data feeds to enterprise data systems.
  • Data systems solution architecture.
  • Managing projects to successful completion.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 10+ years of experience HDD manufacturing systems related to MES/ODS

SKILLS:

• Excellent understanding of high-tech manufacturing in semiconductor and/or electronics.
• Hands-on experience with MES and knowledge of various interfacing technologies.
• Very good understand of manufacturing systems related to MES.
• SQL and .NET skills.
• Highly organized with good communication skills.
