ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage NPI operations related to factory business systems development and enhancement activities

• Lead feasibility study and perform analytic data gathering to support NPI business system development & improvement needs decision-making process

• Design new system or system improvement based on business dynamics needs by working with Stake Holders not limited to NPI

• Plan and coordinate NPI Business System Development & Enhancement projects to ensure targeted objectives are delivered and ensure users familiarity with the deployed system

•  Work with multiple functional teams to learn the nature of the operation and work as a team to build a system or process blueprint that fits the operation feasibility with the least operation behavior change with emphasis on optimization.

• Managing Projects' key deliverables in line with current company goals, and ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

• Involved in Project rollout readiness preparation activities such as user training, Stake Holder Prelaunch & go no go preview, Mass communication and system deployment coordination communication.

• Supporting system developed and sustaining to adapt the benefit of the latest technology or aligning to corporate direction.

• Provide Post Development system support to related Business System Users

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 4 - 6 years of total experience in the Electronics industry or other related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience managing moderate to complex projects
• Experience with Manufacturing/ERP Systems
