Job Description

  • Manages Supply, Demand and Memory allocation throughout the NAND qualification lifecycle
  • Chairs Weekly NAND Coordination meeting, attended by a diverse audience of multiple technical disciplines
  • Monitors NPI cage inventory, resolving issues with aging material and maximizing supply utilization
  • Supports qualification builds for the memory technology organization
  • Owns and Manages die sort tracker
  • Supports our BOM infrastructure team
  • Leads efforts to improve our models, tools, publishes, processes, documentation and training procedures
  • Manages MRB material usage for memory evaluations and or qualification needs
  • Provides short and long term NPI memory forecast to Silicon planning, Capacity planning and FabOperation teams
  • Publishes NPI ship forecast
  • Supports ASIC in house and third party BOM infrastructure, and, works with Key Stakeholders to execute engineering requests

Qualifications

  • Great communication skills with proven ability to work cross functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Enjoys learning, teaching and being a part of a team
  • Able to constructively challenge the status quo. Provide solutions, and follow through with new processes and or procedure implementation
  • Able to manage supply and demand from multiple stakeholders and fab sources
  • Ability to work with BU leadership, engineering program managers, design and device teams, product and test engineering, poms, memory health, Fab operations/QA and memory technology teams   
  • Experience in program or project management in the storage industry is preferred
