Job Description

- Minimum 2 years of RightNow technical Implementation experience 

- Have strong experience in RightNow Integration with third party apps(Inbound/Outbound) 

- Experience in Customer Portal development 

- Experience in Add-ins Integration 

- Knowledge in PHP,.NET, HTML and CSS 

- Manage day-to-day administration of user accounts, application maintenance, and configuration change requests 

- Add new (custom) fields to capture important customer data, reorganize the layout of the screens and increase the efficiency of desktop navigation via workspace rules 

- Build and maintain business and workflow rules that are tailored as per the unique needs of the customer 

- Upgrade customer environments on need basis 

- Ability to create report and dashboards 

- Own development responsibility from definition through delivery 

- Experience in working with Onsite and Offshore model 

- Excellent communication skills

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS: BE /B.Tech 

REQUIRED:   

  • At least 3+ years of working experience in Design, Development, Implementation and Testing of CRM application using Oracle Service Cloud is required for this position. 

  • Experience in customizing and configuring Oracle Service Cloud with PHP, YUI, jQuery, C#, HTML, CSS, SOAP, REST services and BUI development experience is must 

  • Staff Management (Navigation set, Profiles and Account) 

  • Outreach (Surveys, Mailing etc.) 

  • Analytics  

  • Configuring Chats 

  • Design Workspace / workflows 

  • Configuring Message Templates 

  • Knowledge Base 

  • Site Configuration 

  • BUI extensibility frame work 

  • Add-in Development 

  • Customer Portal Configuration 

  • Widget Customization 

  • Custom Script & Custom Process Model 

  • Create/Configure Business Rules 

  • Connect PHP API 

  • Data Migration from other systems such as Salesforce  

  • Inbound/Outbound Integration 

  • Hands on experience in preparing Design, Technical Specifications, Test Plan, Change Management, User Guide documents 

  • Experience in end to end life cycle starting from Requirements definition, Preparation of effort estimates, Configuration, coding, testing and successfully implementing as per the timelines 

  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
