·       Knowledge in Semiconductor business processes such as IQC/KGD/FOP/BOP/TOP/COP

·       Knowledge in Turtle Diagram, Risk identification, Organization Knowledge, ESD, HIRAC, Environmental Aspect Impact and guide IPQC to adhered with Quality Management System compliance.

·       Knowledge in manage excursions inclusive of detection, containment, root cause analysis and CAPA.

·       Responsible for in process quality control execution based on control plan with real time inspection and feedback.

·       Responsible for outgoing quality such as product packing, shipping OBA execution and OQRM.

·       Responsible for OQRM lab management and capability set up, equipment management calibration, MSA, basic knowledge in SPC and continues improvement.

·       Responsible for people management and IE Headcount modeling, line balancing, labor cost, such as OT management, social linkage allocation, PPE, hostel management and line compliance.

·       Responsible for tool management include basic gage troubleshooting, machine utilizations, machine up time rate, OQRM capacity and single tool improvements.

·       Responsible for cost management planning start from equipment purchasing, operation supplies, order processing and inventory management.

·       Schedule roving audit and identify opportunity for error for continuous improvement.

·       Champion Quality Programmed and promote zero quality defect mindset.

·       Continue improvement through eliminate manual touch points and error full proof system.

·       Work closely with training department for cross training, QC development and innovate Kaizen.

·       Any other duties assigned from time base on schedule and unscheduled activities.

·       Degree Holders in Sciences or equivalent field.

·       Experienced in Supervision role, Quality Inspection function such as incoming, in process till outgoing, at least 5 years or above working experience.

·       Basic knowledge of quality control, lean manufacturing, ISO 9001.

Preferable to handle significant inquiries and/or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies and third party auditors.
