ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinates with team to make scrap reduction activities to meet company objective.
• Advises scrap teams to continue scrap improvement and promotion activities.
• Contacts outside organization (overseas organization) to exchange information.
• Reports scrap actual performance of PRB site.
• Makes Forecast PRB site scrap for each product with proper improvement action included.
• Supervises office staff to do routine work in most effective way.
• Performs related work as assigned.

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience as Industrial Engineer, Process Engineer in Electronics industry or other related manufacturing fields.

PREFERRED:

• Production Management.
• Coordinations Knowledge.
• Financial Knowledge.

SKILLS:

• Good command of English (Writing/Speaking).
• Financial knowledge/Concept.
• Forecasting Skills.
• Problem-solving and Decision-making skills.
