• Defining direct & In-direct materials based on Bonding diagram/stackup and Standard material selection rule and capable to detect conflict and issue
• Calculating direct /In-direct material usage based on formula and understanding and capable on usage formula optimization
• Addressing component missing issue in TC and correcting the setting in Agile if any
• Generating ECM / ECO cycle time report , analyzing abnormal and action proposal
• Troubleshooting the abnormal in TC or system and solving problems
• Communicating with other teams/groups and being contact window of overall device setup

• Basic knowledge of semiconductor assembly process & BOM
• 3~5 years relative experience of semiconductor
• Skillful of SAP
• Basic English read & write
• Well communication & team work
