ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform technical support activities related to manufacturing with engineering approaches to effectively respond to each work request in term of productivity, quality and cost.
• Release, add and change process instruction.
• Establish appropriate performance report.
• Perform manufacturing yield and process monitoring, improvement, problem solving.
• Supervise technicians in responsibility to accomplish job in most effective way.
• Perform related work as assigned.

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in  Electric, Electronic Mechatronics Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 0 - 3 years in Engineering or related field.
• Good in English communication (Speaking/Writing).

PREFERRED:

• HDD Process & Technology and HDD Quality Management
• Having Knowledge in ESD & Contamination is an advantage
• Knowledge of SPC and FMEA
• Control plan/PMP (Process Management Plan)
