• To develop assembly process jigs and fixtures as needed, ie PCB, lidset assembly for NPI product
• To develop & proliferate work instructions for critical features & assembly for NPI product
• To qualify SMT process relevant to PCB and SIP products
• To develop & qualify local sourcing & tooling buy off, such as Plastics & Metal components
• Mass production process/assembly engineering management: Yield/Cycle time/production efficiency CIP
• Cost saving initiative from product and process introduction

• Bachelor/Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent  
• Knowledge in mechanical design tool for 2D & 3D CAD tools, SolidWorks.
• Knowledge in secondary process such as pad print, silk screen, mimaki, coating, etc
• Knowledge in automation project will be added advantage
• Knowledge in mechanical process, eg plastics injection, sheet metal, SMT process
• Knowledge of FEA simulation and tools
• Advance in Microsoft Office, eg Excel, Power Point
• Has strong ownership and give commitment to company goals and team goals
• Self-motivated and is willing to take challenge and improvements
• Good team work and constructive problem solving skills, Root Cause analysis
