Job Description

Develops, implements and/or maintains employee service system and programs. Ensure Employee system running within Company's spec, EICC requirements, ISO & OHSAS requirement and meeting local authority (MOH, DOSH & DOE). Managed and coordinate hostel accommodation and transportation services to the plant. Coordinates plant cafeteria services and operation as compliances to company's standards. To ensure the activities room services performance meeting the specification such as such as Gym room, football field, dancing room, engagement area, lockers, vending machine and convenience shop. Maintain daily operation of kitchen equipment, cafeteria, and activity room equipment including periodical maintenance. Coordinate and purchase all stationary purchases and distribution for the plant. Liaise authorities with annual contract/license renewal. To conduct a survey after each activity and understand the feedback and provide improvement plan for future activities.

·       To support system’s reliability, improvement, 6S issue and support factory expansion.

·       Ensure Employee system running within Company's spec, EICC requirements, ISO & OHSAS requirement and meeting local authority (MOH, DOSH & DOE).

·       Operate and maintenance, supervise and manage all works and tasks pertaining to:-

·       Provide administrative support to the organization.

·       Manage and coordinate the plant cafeteria by ensuring the cafeteria is operated in accordance to the compliances standard stipulated based on the EICC/RBA requirement.

·       To liaise with local council to obtain the annual license for cafeteria operation and to ensure all cafeteria staff undergo the annual food handling training conducted by MOH.

·       Manage and coordinate employee transportation by ensuring all newly hired direct labors are assigned to a transporter for daily commute to work place.

·       To ensure all transportation services are up to the company’s expectation as well as the regulatory requirements.

·       Manage the hostel accommodation and obtain the annual license operation. Ensure the Hostel facility is meeting EICC/RBA requirements.

·       To ensure hostel landlord are up to the company’s expectation as well as the regulatory requirements.

·       To ensure prayer rooms are prepared for the employees according to the head count and by gender.

·       To ensure sufficient lockers are available for the employee and work closely with security to ensure safety of the lockers.

·       Maintain activities room such as Gym room, football field, dancing room, engagement area, vending machine, convenience shop, etc. 

·       Coordinate all stationary purchases and distribution for the organization.

·       To conduct a survey after each activity and understand the feedback and provide improvement plan for future activities. (Include need to gauge the employee satisfaction from the survey).

·       The candidate must perform the duty and responsibility as below:

·       Responsible for activity room daily service and maintenance program.

·       Responsible for daily buses/shuttle delivery and ensure the performance meeting company’s expectation, EICC/RBA requirement and ISO standard.

·       Responsibility for cafeteria day to day operation, conduct weekly or monthly audit, leading the cafeteria committee meeting, ensure cafeteria is meeting EICC, ISO/OHSAS and MOH standard.    

·       Lead and ensure all responsible Employee Services system CM and PM is performed by as per highlight or schedule

·       Ensure all responsible system SOO, SOP, P&ID drawing and O&M documentation is up to date.

·       Ensure employees system utilities capacity track, maintain and sufficiency

·       Liaise with other operational areas in the organization to resolve engineering issue, and to maintain equipment efficiency, uptime and continuously improvement to comply with company policy, compliance with local/international regulatory, national codes and ISO standard.

·       Attending to site matters and technical problems on site through necessary correspondences with all parties inclusive.

·       Communicate, cooperate and collaborate with various parties involved in the daily operation issue, customer feedback, compliance, and request and to ensure successful resolve, execution and implementation.

·       Liaison with vendors & Supplier for submissions and authorities in regulating confirmations and approvals.

·       Testing and Commissioning ( kicthen equipment, gym equipment, hostel facilities, etc.)

·       Manage vendors & suppliers for cafeteria operation, hostel, buses & transportation, office supply, activity room.

·       Assess potential risk of ES system and work out mitigation plan.

Qualifications

Experience with general building maintenance such as soft services, laundry services, etc. Junior executive, Profissional certificate, Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma. Years of experience 2 years.
