Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs technical support activities related to operation with engineering approaches to achieve the organization's goal and to effectively respond teach work request in term of productivity, quality and cost.
  • Develops Mfg tool and equipment to improve product quality and cost
  • Supervises engineers and technicians in responsibility to accomplish job in most effective way.
  • Coordinates with other sections including oversea organization concerning technical issues related to operation support.
  • Develops subordinate's performance with proper training and supervision.
  • Establishes appropriate performance report and performs related work as assigned.
  • Releases, adds and changes process instruction.
  • Performs manufacturing quality monitoring, improvement, problem solving
  • Giving advise for team performance improvement per section goal setting with proper training and supervision
  • New Automation line and equipment setup, RTL evaluation and Qualification.
  • Perform machine conversion design, modification and support document for support new products qualification.
  • Maintain Automation line by perform Breakdown improvement, Preventive Maintenance, Error ratio improvement, Machine efficiency improvement.
  • To perform Failure Analysis from defect symptom and define root cause, corrective action and preventive action.
  • Think and create idea for productivity improvement, capacity improvement, quality improvement and related.
  • Performs related work as assigned.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Production, Electrical, Electronics, Engineering or related field.
  • At least 0 - 3 years experience as Tooling Engineer, Automation Engineer or relevant position.

PREFERRED:

  • HDD manufacturing/Electronics business is advantage
  • Automation Technology.
  • Process Excellence.
  • Preventive Maintenance.

SKILLS:

  • Good command in English Communication (Speaking, Listening, and Reading)
  • Equipment and Tool design skill.
  • Computer operation.
  • Project Management Skill.
  • Problem solving and Decision-making skill.
  • Coaching skill.
