ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform technical support activities related to manufacturing with engineering approaches to effectively respond to each work request in term of productivity, 
• Perform manufacturing yield and process monitoring, improvement, troubleshoot
• Supervise technicians in responsibility to accomplish job in most effective way

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Electronics and other related fields
• 0-5 years in Test Engineering or related field

PREFERRED:

• Knowledge in JMP will be advantage
• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and FMEA 
• Knowledge of Process Management Plan (PMP) 

SKILLS:

• Good in English communication (Speaking/Writing)
• Good teamwork
• Good attitude
