ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage for a request from local and APAC HR, Payroll and REO teams. 
• Support and manage for any issue from APAC HR, Payroll and REO systems. 
• Gathering requirement from APAC HR, Payroll or REO teams. 
• Develop the FRD and work with the team to design and propose a solution for users. 
• Coordinate and work with a developer for a request detail and system testing before release a system to user to UAT. 
• Coordinate with the user and concern person to perform a system testing and buy off. 
• Coordinate with all concern to prepare and rollout system to PRD. 
• Provide support for an issue (if any) on a system, also follow up and fixed. 
• Join a team for APAC projects if require more resource by action as BA or Tester or coordinator or Project manager. 
• Provide a project update status. 
• Provide a Weekly Report to supervisor. 
• Provide input/sharing to the team if any comment for any project if able to. 

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineer, Software Engineer or related field.
• At lease 6 - 8 years of experience in Web Application design, development and support.

PREFERRED:

• Cloud knowledge is profitable.
• Experience on SQL, Oracle, MySQL, SharePoint DB.-Familiar with .Net developing tools e.g. Visual Studio, Java, C++ and power App or etc.

SKILLS:

• Good command of spoken and written English
• Programming skills in .Net and Cloud solution.
• Strong in system design and developing.
• Coordination skills.
• Communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
