ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:.

• Support Technician as Engineer to make them successful leading the project i.e., use your knowledge/skills as engineers to help develop the technicians.

• Encourage and Support Team in identifying and making Improvements throughout the project.

• Support performs manufacturing yield and process monitoring, improvement, problem solving, Errors may impact client operations, costs or schedules.

• Supervises/Develops subordinate's performance with proper training and supervision in responsibility to accomplish job in most effective way.

• Co-ordinates and Negotiates with other sections including oversea organization concerning technical issues related to the product.

• Develops subordinate's performance with proper training and supervision

• Evaluates and reviews subordinate and group performance including performance appraisal for salary increase.

•  Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels.

• Interaction normally requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or schedules.

•  Verify the implementation of solutions, Review outcomes supervised impact only the team under responsibility direct supervision should be protection erroneous decisions will have moderate impact on the near-term success of the function or division. (e.g., delays in schedule)

•  A portion of time is sometimes spent performing individual tasks related to the unit or sub-unit.

• Contribute team to perform support Facility activities

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronic, computer, mechatronic Engineering or related field
• At least of experience as engineer or any related to test process in Electronics industry or else
• New Bachelor's is welcome

PREFERRED:

• Test Equipment Process (Setup, RTL, Control system, Document readiness)
• HDD Process & Technology

SKILLS:

• Software skill such as, C/C++, C#, SQL, Python, MATLAB, Arduino, Raspberry PI
• schematic and PCB board analysis/design and PCB board rework is prefer
• Can command of spoken and written English
• Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoints, Excel, and Word
• Coordination skills
