ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to effectively interact business team at all levels and also to manage multiple activities, simultaneously, and achieving excellent results.
• Gathering requirement from business, developing business requirements document and creating use cases.
• Developing the business process mapping, work flow, process flow to low and high-level diagrams.
• Coordinating with key stakeholders on test script preparation, UAT, training and go live readiness checking.
• Examine, evaluate between new and legacy systems. Identify system to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with IT team and developers to produce, validate new system and feature. Develop and execute test scenarios and test cases testing frameworks.
• Define UAT1, UAT2 and buy-off with IT development and business team.
• Define configuration, implementation of MVX/MITECS/VQ projects and new feature.
• Define failure analysis, troubleshooting, identified issues and solution to business or IT team.

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information System or an IT related field
• 3-5 years of experience in System Analyst, Programming (either one), also understand in Software development process
• 1-3 years of experience in Project Management
• Good knowledge of XML, JSON, C#, VB, SQL
• Good in English communication and writing

PREFERRED: 

• Have an experience & understanding in manufacturing, electronics company is an advantage
• Knowledge in MS SQL Server solution will be advantage
• Knowledge in Windows, Linux configuration will be advantage.

SKILLS:

• Proven working experience as system analysis & design and project managements in the information technology sector
• Ability to prepare business flow (System and Integration Flow)
• Ability to prepare project schedules and step-by-step action plan
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development
• Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
