·       Manage a group of QC on daily operation affairs such as KGD/FOP/BOP/TOP/COP real time inspection, quality buyoff from incoming, in process and outgoing criteria and special requirement.

·       Work closely with quality engineer on lot dispositions when any abnormality found and promote good catch among all the inspector.

·       Manufacturing line balancing through headcount support, OT management, operator star award performance rating.

·       Assist engineer in equipment management, maintaining calibration/MSA database and with basic knowledge in SPC.

·       Perform gage troubleshooting, work closely with vendor on Hardware Maintenance and Repair.

·       Continual improvement on capability set up, gage and tester utilization, automation activities.

·       Assist engineer in workstation station compliance setup and daily verification.

·       Manage operation tools, production supplies cost and waste, inventory management

·       Coordinate Non-conforming material purge activities and manage MRB inventories and reporting.

·       Hands on experience in SIP backward and forward lot traceability containments. 

·       Lead Roving audit, participate in 6S audit and close loop close actions all gaps.

Any other duties assigned from time base on schedule and unscheduled activities

Functional Skills / competencies

·       Must have experience and knowledge calibration/MSA/ESD/SPC process and requirement

·       Proficient in standard business application software, Tools & standard engineering method (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

·       A proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team.

·       Ability to troubleshoot and analyze problems.

·       Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

·       People management and extrovert to manage a group of inspectors.

·       Excellent English communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

·       Experienced in Supervision role,  Quality Inspection function such as incoming, in process till outgoing, at least 2 year or above working experience

Familiarize semiconductor environment process such as Die Preparation, Die Attach, Wire Bond, Molding, Backend assembly, COP card assembly process.

·       Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/Electronic Engineering  

·       2+ years of Operation/ Quality calibration/MSA and additionally ESD experience in semiconductor/PCB assembly and test manufacturing plant.
