1)           At least degree holder in management / engineering

2)           Must have a proven experience of at least 3 consecutive and recent years in leading the development of automation framework and automation (functional)

3)           Lean six sigma / Lean expert  / Project management & other Engineering related certification added as advantage for the job

4)           manage to handle large numbers of people reporting & lead as good example

5)          Proficient in standard business application software, Tools & standard engineering method (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Other soft skills will be an added advantage.

6)           Excellent verbal and written communication skills

7)           Sharp production focus with a drive for accurate results

8)           Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

9)           Implements cost-saving strategies and techniques

10)         Communicates with and assists other departments as needed

11)         Maintains a clean and safe environment for all workers

12)         Good coaching & communication skills

13)         well good knowledge in 6S / Safety & ESD production environment

14)         Can give full support during their off/rest day as well
