Job Description

  • Administer HR Shared Service activities & HR matters
  • Ensure the end-to-end HR processes are managed in a compliant and accurate way throughout the employment lifecycle
  • Include hire & onboard, total rewards, manage employee, end of employment/ off boarding
  • Provide expert advice in all areas of HR policy and processes to employee, stakeholders & act as tier 2 support for the team members
  • Develop effective on-going relationships at all levels across the business area, including stakeholders and vendors
  • To oversee Foreign Worker Management
  • Proactively implement opportunities to improve team ways of working and supporting
  • To maintain employees records and compile statistical data on HR report, resignation, HR filling & etc
  • Conduct orientation program
  • Ensure the end-to-end Travel arrangement & requirement are managed in a compliant and accurate way throughout the employment lifecycle

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Diploma
  • At least 3 years working experience
