We are looking for school leavers or recent graduates to join the growing sales team in our Munich office. You will have excellent German (C2), and English. Sales experience is not essential, but you will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, exhibit confidence in social environments, and have demonstrated an ability to work well with others through clubs, sports, and other extracurricular activities
The LAUNCH sales program introduces you to Sales at WDC. After an initial month’s general orientation to learn about the company and its sales/marketing organizations you will undertake a 7-month rotation through the different teams within the sales functions:
• Inside sales
• Channel sales
• Consumer sales (retail & etail)
• Enterprise sales
Once the rotation is over, you will move out into an agreed assigned role. Western Digital has multiple offices and locations across Europe, Middle East and Africa. There may well be opportunities to move to one of these other work locations after your rotation has finished.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Sales, Social Sciences, or related field
