• Control usage of sputter target for sputter process, yield and equipment to achieve higher sputter machine utilization
• Perform erosion rate analysis of sputter target to improve material utilization
• Provide cost modeling forecast
• Monitor and control cost regular basis in line with forecasts
• Support all activities in cost reduction and take proactive approach towards improvement  
• Work with cross function team Process, Equipment, Procurement, Quality, R&D, operation team to complete for key projects

• Bachelor’s Degree in Material Science/Manufacturing Engineering or Physics
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Equipment engineering, process or related.
• Strong analytical and technical mindset and with the capability to read, translate and interpret technical data
• Knowledge of forecasting and creating projections techniques
• Results orientated and organized with the ability to deliver against deadlines
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel functions such as formulas, graph charting, pivot table and power pivot
• Detail and action oriented, self-started, ability to work independently and to deliver high quality solutions.
• Ability to work effectively with multi-functional team member, with good communication skills.
