Job Description

  1. Coach the lean expert to use the appropriated tools and techniques with DMAIC methodology. 
  2. Organize and facilitate workshop to identify the opportunity and projects, coach the team in the projects to meet the goal.
  3. Promote continuous improvement culture in the organization.
  4. The subject matter expert in lean training development and consultant to other department on tool application. 
  5. Monitor, coach and certify the lean expert candidate to mee the department goal.
  6. Work with other department on continuous improvement project with providing the technical support and facilitating.
  7. Work with equipment team on OEE review and improvement to meet the management expectation.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum 5 years in lean coaching and/or project leader.
  2. Certified lean master or equivalent certification or experience with proven success story.
  3. Strong background in electronics/semiconductor operation.
  4. Minimum degree holder in any field.
  5. Added advantages if ever facilitated the VSM or any kind of lean workshop, such as 5S and Kaizen blitz.
