• A Bi-directional ambassador between Factory and Global SQE team.
• Define Incoming Quality Assurance (IQC) Process and Management for electronics
• Familiar with SMT and components SoC/DDR/PMIC/Poly-Caps/E-Caps
• Partner with Manufacturing Quality in all excursion meetings. Gate keeper for supplier vs. factory related excursion.
• Co-ordinate non-confirming materials purge/management.
• Work with engineering to define FA plan.
• Supplier 8D review board member & communicate to factory team.
• SQE representative for customer audits/visits.
• Chairs deep dive forums to review factory/supplier performances, issues, challenges, New technology implementation and Automation.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
• Component manufacturing background is a must especially in SMTA or  component fabrication
• At least 8 years in Quality management and supplier quality engagement is preferred

PREFERRED:

• Supplier Quality Management and Control system (Supplier management Guideline)
• Process Control system (Such as SPC , PFMEA , DOE, Cpk , GR&R etc.)
