Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond the incoming calls from the case of close contact who have problem.
  • Answer questions and inquiries.
  • Provide the company‘s protocol information.
  • Summarize and analysis data of Covid-19 crisis.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor Degree in any field
  • 0-3 years of experience in a call center or customer support role would be advantaged
  • Able to work in shift (Day/Night)

SKILLS:

  • Clearly communication in providing the company information to concerned persons
  • Strong active listening skill and verbal communication
  • Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Adaptation in problem-solving
  • Volunteer Spirit
