ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Control the production to achieve quality and quantity target.
• Support and provide an advice to under assigned personnel.
• Solve the problem and adjust appropriate working to under assigned personnel.
• Report the process/occurred problem to Senior Supervisor.
• Cooperate with other departments.
• Evaluate working performance of under assigned personnel and provide any recommendation.
• Perform tasks assigned by Senior Supervisor and Manager.

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Management or any related fields
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of recent experience working in Manufacturing control, Supervisor, Production Leader or related fields
• Able to communicate in English both Writing and Speaking

PREFERRED:

• If had experience in Electronics industry would be an advantage
• Knowledge in Discipline clean room and ESD would be an advantage

SKILLS:

• Time Management and Production Management skill
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Effective communication skills with good interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Good leadership skills and have a good moral to keep good working environment
• Able to organize and manage a production team to meet expectation
• Able to work under pressure with initiative and problem-solving capabilities
• Have creativity in innovative business Improvement
