Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Product troubleshooting service for daily process issues, to institute containment actions and subsequent long term solutions.
  • Maintain the operations with instructions on manufacturing methods, assembly instruction, reject disposal and all technical guidance as deemed necessary
  • Maintain and update a working knowledge or process flows, piece part configuration and any other assigned technical area
  • Response to set up and convert line and provide process accessory and furniture to support the lines. Ensure the lines can have same quality and throughput of drive.
  • Responsible for the operations using key indices like process yields, cycle time, scrap parameter, Cpk’s PPM’s and to react to react to any abnormalities display by those indices.
  • Responsible for related incident or feedback from drive function test and quality which are related from manufacturing line issue and provide line buy off as instruction and feedback to other parties to fix the problem
  • Other duty or assignment

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Diploma degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or related function
  • 0-3 Years work experience in related field.

SKILLS:

  • Demonstrate a good level of English proficiency (written / verbal)
  • Strong listening, communication, interpersonal and relational skills to develop a good relationship within the organization
