ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Comply with the Company's Code of Conduct and all policies regulation company rules.
• Perform and Control team KPI's within target.
•  Applies acquired skills and knowledge to follow procedures and complete tasks after got assignments are semi-routine then Follows established procedures on routine work.
• Brings up Technician skill /Function Skill / Discipline. 
• Perform 6S activities , housekeeping and discipline for efficient working
• Performs any additional task as assigned from Technician leading.
• To support new product launch, in terms of improvements in Yields, Cycle Time, Costs, Quality, Statistic and etc.
• New tester characterization & enterprise test application support
• To do evaluation and publish evaluation results.
• To setup and improve BE testing testers
• To review and response all B/E software yield evaluation.
• Follow up all concerning issue and find out the problematic issues.
• Controlling and reviewing the process.

REQUIRED:

• High Vocational or Bachelor's degree in related field
• 2-4 years of related experience

 PREFERRED:

• Good knowledge in English & Communication

SKILLED:

• Problem solving and    Decision making skill
• MS Office
• Able to work under pressure, Analytical skill, Communication skill, Coordination skill
